Who we are
Boudl Company for Pilgrim Services (Boudl Hajj), headquartered in Makkah. We are responsible for this website.
What we collect
- When you sign in: we show only your name and account status. Your sign-in stays in the current browser window until you close it or sign out.
- When you apply for a seasonal role: we collect the minimum needed to review your application: your name, date of birth, nationality, mobile number, city of residence, preferred department and availability, qualifications, and the documents you upload, such as a copy of your ID. Your national ID or iqama number is stored encrypted and never shown in full after it is saved.
- We never ask for a bank account number in the form; an IBAN letter is uploaded as a document only when needed.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
How we use and protect it
- We use application data for one purpose: reviewing your application to work during the season, and contracting with you if it is accepted.
- Only the authorized HR team sees an application, and every document view and every decision is recorded.
- We ask for your consent to this notice before you submit, and we keep the version you agreed to and when.
- Every account starts with no access, is reviewed before access is granted, and access expires on the contract end date.
- We keep the application for the season and for rehiring. If it is not accepted or not renewed, the data is anonymized after a set period.
- We do not sell personal data, and we share it only as the law requires or as needed to deliver a contracted service.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Know how and why your data is collected and processed.
- Access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- Ask for your data to be corrected, completed or updated.
- Ask for your data to be destroyed when it is no longer needed, as the law allows.
